This Christmas tree was in the Takashimaya Shopping Center on Orchard Road, and was a popular spot for picture taking!
Orchard Road is lit up for the holiday season. We find it to be very commercialized here. The colors aren't red and green, more like pink and purple! With lots of animated figures and characters. Not exactly Christmasy. The kicker was the music piped thru the speakers on Orchard - Chinese voices singing Feliz Navidad sent Kasey over the edge. :)
Standing by yet another huge tree in one of the hotel lobbies on Orchard Road
It almost looks like a big parade at night-very colorful, but again-it didn't feel like Christmas to us.
