I took this photo in a department store called Tangs on Orchard Road. Tangs is owned by a Christian family and they had this verse throughout the store. :)
This is a photo of some of my new friends in the International Baptist Church newcomers group. The womens ministry had a Christmas luncheon at the Marriott down on Orchard Rd., which was very nice! The day before, I attended a Holiday Home Tour put on by the American Womens Association. We toured five different homes, ranging from an old Chinese shophouse to a colonial "Black & White", all of which were decorated beautifully. Small world story - the woman in the photo wearing the black/white polka dot dress is my friend Jody Hicks. She moved here in July too, and has a daughter at the American school. Her father-in-law is one of my dad's very best childhood friends in Russellville Arkansas!!!
